Summer is a great time to set up a dramatic play area outside. Here are some fun ideas for you:
- Putt-Putt Golf Course: I attended a corporate teambuilding session once where we created a putt-putt golf course. We used cardboard blocks, pool noodles, and ALL KINDS of craft supplies to make our course. It was a blast for adults, and I’m sure that kids would enjoy this as well. After creating the course, you can have kids test it, and then operate the business side of their little golf course.
- Beach Pretend Play: Get out the beach balls, towels, pretend sunscreen, sand toys and sunglasses to prepare for a trip to the beach.
